Spring Sparkle

I thought I would post an older card from my stash for you today. Unfortunately, I do not have the paper companies listed but they were purchased at Archivers. The stamp is by Hero Arts. I cut out the opening in the vellum with an oval Nestie. The flower was stamped with black Staz On and colored in with markers, highlighted with a glitter pen and cut out with an oval Nestie also. I then mounted the flower with dimensionals into the opening of the vellum. A mesh rainbow ribbon was added . What do you think ? It's warmer in Ohio today. A very welcome respite from the cold .
